Privacy

This operational draft still requires founder and legal approval before public launch.

What we process

We process the purchaser’s contact and payment status, the recipient portrait, the submitted car history, proof decisions, shipping details for physical orders, and limited technical and attribution events needed to operate the service.

Why and where

We use this information to create and review the artwork, deliver private proofs and files, fulfill approved physical products, prevent fraud, provide support, measure the business, and meet legal obligations. Stripe processes payment, OpenAI processes generation and quality review with storage disabled where supported, Cloudflare hosts encrypted order data and private files, Resend sends transactional email, and Printful receives an approved print file plus shipping details for physical fulfillment.

Private by default

Customer portraits, histories, candidates, proofs, and final artwork are not public and are not used in advertising or a portfolio without separate permission.

Retention and deletion

Our proposed launch policy is to remove source files and rejected candidates 30 days after final delivery and final download files after 90 days. A customer can request earlier deletion from the authenticated order portal after fulfillment finishes. We anonymize local personal fields and delete private artwork objects while retaining the minimum transaction and fulfillment records required for accounting, fraud, disputes, and law. Providers may retain required records under their own legal obligations.
